The Family Business Program at Goshen College assists business-owning families in creating successful enterprises today and for future generations.

This mission is achieved through accomplishment of these objectives:

1.	Providing a setting that enables owners and managers of family businesses, and their families, to exchange information and ideas
2.	Providing opportunities for owners and managers of family businesses, and their families, to interact with the country's leading researchers, lecturers, consultants, academics and professional advisers who know and work with family businesses
3.	Creating an environment and body of knowledge that enhances understanding of special issues and circumstances relating to family businesses
4.	Enhancing the ability of these families to add human, intellectual and economic value to their businesses
