Kratz is a standard residence
hall with a corridor style floor plan. Guest rooms are double occupancy and
located along each side of the corridor, with stair access to each floor and
elevator access through the connector. Limited single-occupancy rooms are
available. Residence hall bathrooms are located at the south end of each floor.
This residence hall is located on the East side of the campus in between the
Miller and Yoder Residence Halls. Kratz is in close proximity to our new Music
Center and the Roman Gingerich Recreation-Fitness Center. Full renovations were
completed in this hall in December of 2003. This residence hall is air
conditioned.

Miller Hall
Miller is a

Yoder Hall
Yoder is a standard
residence hall, but slightly different than Kratz and Miller.The corridor style floor plan is the longest
of all the dorms and contains a lounge in the middle of the hall equipped with
a microwave, table, chairs, T.V., VCR, DVD player and lounge furniture. Guest
rooms are double occupancy and located along each side of the corridor, with
stair access to each floor and elevator access at the north end. Limited tripe-occupancy rooms are available. Two
bathrooms (one for the north side and one for the south side) are located in
the middle of the hall across from the lounge. This residence hall is located
on the East side of the campus connected to Miller and Kratz by way of the
connector. Yoder is in close proximity to our new Music Center and the Roman
Gingerich Recreation-Fitness Center. This residence hall is air conditioned.
Student
Apartments
The
Student Apartments, finished in 2008, are located right beside the tennis
courts and Roman
Gingerich Recreation-Fitness Center.The
apartments contain a variety of housing options ranging from two to six person
capacity and have one to two bathrooms.Rooms either contain one or two beds, which are all twin beds.First floor has several handicapped
apartments that have their own coin-operated washer and dryer.The fourth floor apartments have lofts that
contain a futon, which can double as another sleeping area.All apartments have a microwave, oven, stove,
and refrigerator.In the basement, you
will find a laundry room and drink machines.
Guest Houses
Adelphian
Adelphian, located at 1623 S. 9th
Street, at the corner of College
Avenue and 9th Street. This charming two-story house has an inviting front
porch, spacious dining and living room and is located beside Hospital House.
The house contains 7 beds, including 1 single room and 3 double rooms. All of
the bedrooms are located on the upper level. There is a ½ bath on the main
level and a full bath located upstairs and a coin-operated laundry in the
basement. Adelphian House is blessed with lots of green space on the
outside, great for yard games. There
is parking available just outside the house. This house is air-conditioned.
Avon House
Located at
602 College Avenue, Avon borders the north side of campus. It sits next door to
Aurora house. The house has three double bedrooms for a total of six beds. One
bedroom is on the main level and the other two are upstairs. This house has a
dining room and living room. Avon house has one bathroom on the main level and
a coin-operated laundry in the basement. There is parking available in a
parking lot directly behind the house. This house is air-conditioned.
Aurora House
Located at 604 College Avenue,
Aurora borders the
north side of campus and is neighbor to Avon House. The
house can accommodate seven people, five single rooms and one double room. On
the main level you will find two single rooms and one double room. The double
room has its own private ½ bath. Two more single rooms are located upstairs,
and one in the basement. The full bathroom is located on the main level. This
house has a dining room and living room. There is a coin-operated laundry in
the basement. Parking is available directly behind the house in a shared
parking lot. This house is air-conditioned.
Hospital House
Hospital
House, located at 1619 S. 9th Street, in the first block north of campus. This
house has a beautiful enclosed front porch.A neighbor to Adelphian, this house has six beds, with 2 single rooms
and 2 double rooms. All of the bedrooms are on the upper level. There is one
bathroom on the main level- directly off the kitchen and a very spacious bathroom
on the upper level. Hospital House contains a delightful dining and living room
that sports large white columns, a music room with piano, and a coin operated
washer and dryer in the basement. There is a large area for parking to the
north of the house. This house is air-conditioned.
Howell House
Howell
House, located on South 8th Street, about one block north of campus.It is sits across the street from Kenwood
House. Howell is one of our most spacious guest houses. It was fully renovated
during the summer of 2003. Howell’s roomy kitchen, dining, and living room flow
together to create a large and welcoming gathering space.This house has 12 beds, one single room, four
double rooms, and one triple room. There is a coin operated washer and dryer
located on the main floor. This house is air-conditioned.
Kenwood House
Kennwood, located
on South 8th Street, one block north of the college campus, sits across the
street from Howell House. Kenwood has beautiful woodwork and stained glass throughout
the house.The house is made even bigger
with its wonderful wrap-around-porch accompanied with a porch swing.When you walk in the house you are welcomed
with a beautiful open wooden staircase. Kenwood has five double rooms for a
total of 10 beds. All, but one of the bedrooms are located on the upper level
along with one bathroom. There is one bathroom on the main level just off the
kitchen next to the coin-operated washer and dryer and the 5th
bedroom. This house has a dining and a living room complete with a fireplace.
Parking is available next to the house. This house is air-conditioned.
