This is a standard residence hall with a corridor
style floor plan. Guest rooms are double occupancy and located along
each side of the corridor, with stair access to each floor. Limited
single-occupancy rooms are available. Residence hall bathrooms are
located on all floors. This residence hall is located on the East side
of the campus, to the east of Miller Hall. This hall is in close
proximity to our new Music Center and the Roman Gingerich
Recreation-Fitness Center. Full renovations were completed in this hall
in December 2003. This residence hall is air conditioned.

Kulp Hall
An historic campus building. It served the campus as
the first permanent residence hall and is characterized by lots of
wood—flooring and trim—and wide hallways. This residence hall is
located in close proximity to the Dining Hall on the West side of the
campus and close to some of the classroom buildings. Kulp Hall was
fully renovated last summer with significant bathroom renovations, new
lounge and kitchen space on the second and third floor and some new
suites on the first floor. Each suite consists of a cluster of 3-5
rooms, shared restroom with the suite, kitchen and sitting area. Coin
operated laundry facilities are available in the basement. Kulp Hall is
not air conditioned.

Miller Hall

Yoder Hall
Guest Houses
Adelphian House
Located at 1623 S. 9th Street, at the corner of
College Avenue and 9th Street. It has an inviting front porch and is
located beside Hospital House. The house has 7 beds—1 single room and 3
double rooms. All of the sleeping rooms are located on the upper level.
There is a ½ bath on the main level and a full bath located on the
upper level. Adelphian House is blessed with lots of green space on the
outside. There is parking available just outside the house. This house
is air-conditioned.
Avon House
Located at 602 College Avenue, borders the north side
of the college campus. It sits next door to Aurora house. The house has
3 double sleeping rooms for a total of six beds. One of the sleeping
rooms is on the main level, 2 are upstairs. This house has a dining
room and living room. The house has one bathroom on the main level and
a coin-operated laundry in the basement. There is parking available in
a parking lot directly behind the house. This house is air-conditioned.
Aurora House
Located at 604 College Avenue, borders the north side
of the college campus and is next door to Avon House. The house can
accommodate 7 persons—5 in single rooms, and 2 in a double room. On the
main level you will find 2 single rooms and 1 double room. The double
room has its own private ½ bath. Two single rooms are located upstairs,
and one single room is in the basement. The main bathroom is on the
main level. This house has a dining room and living room. There is a
coin-operated laundry in the basement. There is parking available
directly behind the house in a shared parking lot. This house is
air-conditioned.
Hospital House
Located at 1619 S. 9th Street, in the first block
north of campus. This house has a beautiful front porch….bring your own
chairs and enjoy! This house has six beds, with 2 single rooms and 2
double rooms. All of the bedrooms are on the upper level. There one
bathroom on the main level- directly off the kitchen. There is also a
very spacious bathroom on the upper level. There is a dining room, a
living room that sports large white columns, a music room with piano,
and a coin operated washer and dryer in the basement. There is a large
area for parking to the north of the house. This house is
air-conditioned.
Howell House
Located on South 8th Street, about one block north of
the College campus. It is just across the street from Kenwood House.
This is one of our most spacious guest houses. It was fully renovated
during the Summer of 2003. Howell house has 12 beds-1 single room, 4
double rooms, and 1 triple room. This house is air-conditioned.
Kenwood House
Located on South 8th Street, one block north of the
college campus. It is just across the street from Howell House. Kenwood
has beautiful woodwork all throughout the house, including a beautiful
open wooden staircase. Kenwood has 5 double rooms for a total of 10
beds. All of the bedrooms are on the upper level along with one
bathroom. There is one small ½ bath on the main level. The home has a
dining room and a living room complete with a fireplace. Coin-operated
laundry facilities are located on the main level. The house has a front
porch complete with a swing. Parking is available next to the house.

Shoup House
Located at the intersection of College avenue and Main
street—directly across the street from the dining hall. This house has
12 beds – 1 quad and 4 in double rooms. One double room is on the main
level adjacent to the main level bathroom. The upper level has 3 double
rooms. There is also an upper level bathroom complete with 2 sinks. The
lower level has one room with 4 beds. In addition the lower level has
an additional bathroom, a sitting area, and a coin operated laundry.
There is a large spacious dining room, a breakfast nook, and a kitchen
on the main level. There is a large area for parking behind the house.
This house is air-conditioned.
East Hall
Located on the college campus. This house is located
just east of Kratz Dorm. This is currently our only guest house that is
handicapped accessible. The house has six double rooms to sleep 12
people. Three rooms are on the main level. One of these rooms is
equipped with a private handicapped restroom. The other two rooms on
the main level share one bathroom situated between the two bedrooms.
The rest of the bedrooms are located on the lower level and are very
spacious. There is also a lower level bathroom with 2 showers and 2
stalls. There is a dining room and living room on the main level. The
lower level also has a sitting area. There is no parking directly
beside this house. Guests would park in the Music Center parking area.
