Room/Equipment Needs

Work Order Forms must be completed for ITS Media and Physical Plant Needs. Faculty Advisors must fill these out for clubs. Exception: The Office of Conferences and Events turns in work orders for events located in Umble, the Music Center, and College Mennonite Church.

 Step 2: Once approved working through the details of the event will require completed work orders. Please note that all work orders need to be completed by faculty advisors!

EVENT PLANNING SCHEDULE
Putting on an event requires advance planning. When you engage others in your planning process, it becomes even more critical to do advance planning. The following items should be taken care of at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
