Administrative faculty position announcement:

Vice President for Institutional Advancement

Goshen College invites nominations and applications for the position of Vice President for Institutional Advancement (VPIA). The VPIA reports to the President and is a member of the President's Council. The VPIA leads the college in creating greater awareness, understanding, acceptance and trust among all donors and constituencies. The VPIA is the Chief Development Officer and fosters institutional sustainability and growth by leading teams of professionals in three divisions: development, constituency relations and public relations. The VPIA collaborates with the Vice President of Strategic Enrollment in implementing an integrated marketing structure that increases all sources of revenue (both tuition and gifts). The VPIA ensures that communication with all recognized constituencies of the college is strategic and consistent. The successful candidate must be committed to the Goshen College mission and core values

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred. Broad-based and successful advancement leadership experience at a senior level is expected. Knowledge of and experience with estate and gift planning is desired. Salary and benefits are competitive.
