Administrative Faculty Position Announcement  (posted 7/23/14)

Goshen College seeks applicants for a full-time Associate or Assistant Director of Financial Aid.  Responsibilities include awarding financial aid, interpreting financial aid packages and policies to students and parents, understanding complex federal, state and institutional policies, working with current financial aid software programs, and giving financial aid presentations.

The Associate/Assistant Director also will provide leadership and direction to the personnel in the shared student and financial services area– maintaining a high level of customer/student support; identifying and developing solutions to operational and process issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business administration. Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English and possess strong computer, interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills. Three to five years working in financial aid, higher education, or other related experience preferred.
