Announcement of Part-Time Nursing Faculty Position (posted 6/5/2014)

Goshen College seeks applicants or nominations for a faculty member to begin in the fall semester of 2014.  This is a part-time position for the 2014-2015 academic year with the possibility of full-time appointment beginning in 2015-2016.  Responsibilities include clinical teaching for Nursing Care for the Adult  and Nursing Care for the Older Adult. The ideal candidate will bring to the job significant experience in nursing practice and nursing education.

The department of nursing, a CCNE accredited institution, has provided baccalaureate nursing education for over sixty years.  The department of nursing is highly regarded for preparing excellent, culturally sensitive, clinically skillful nurses well-grounded in theory and able to think critically.


Master’s degree in nursing is required. Consideration will be given to a candidate whose master’s degree in nursing is in process.   Preference will be given to candidates who exhibit both professional and teaching credentials.
