Change Your Password
Your KnightVision and email passwords are the same. When you change your
password, you are changing it for both systems.
To keep your accounts
secure, you should change your password regularly.
- From anywhere in IMP, click Change Password in the left-hand
menu.
- Enter the same username and password that you use for
email and KnightVision and click Login.
- Enter your username in the appropriate field.
- Enter your current password in the field for your old password.
- Enter the new password twice.
- Click the Change Password button.
- Close the window when finished.
It takes about 15
minutes for a password change to go into effect. Don't change it again
if it doesn't work right away; be patient, it will work soon.

Note: Your
password can also be changed in KnightVision from the Services tab.
