Auto-Forward Your Email

You are required to check your Calvin email. Official announcements and class information may be sent there and you are responsible to check messages regularly.

If you have a different non-Calvin email account that you want to use instead, you can have all the mail that is sent to your Calvin account redirected to that other account.
  1. From anywhere in IMP, click Auto-Forward Email in the left-hand menu.
  2. Enter the same username and password that you use for email and KnightVision and click Login.
  3. Enter the email address you want all your Calvin email to go to and click the Update button.
  4. Close the window when finished.

Note - All new email that is sent to your Calvin account will now be sent to the new address. Any email that has already been sent to your Calvin account will remain there.

If you want to stop the auto-forwarding

  1. From anywhere in IMP, click Auto-Forward Email in the left-hand menu.
  2. Enter the same username and password that you use for email and KnightVision and click Login.
  3. Delete the old address (to make the field blank) and click the Update button.
  4. Close the window when finished.

If you want change the address your email is auto-forwarding to

  1. From anywhere in IMP, click Auto-Forward Email in the left-hand menu.
  2. Enter the same username and password that you use for email and KnightVision and click Login.
  3. Delete the old address (to make the field blank) and click the Update button.
  4. Close the window when finished.
