Attach Files to Email


If you want to send something other than a simple text message, you can attach a file to your email message. You can send pictures to a friend or send term papers to your professor as attachments. You can attach a file when you reply, forward, compose, or resume a message in IMP.

  1. In the Message Composition window, click Browse next to the Attachment field.

  2. From the Choose File window, find the file you want to attach, select it, then click Open.

  3. Click Attach. A copy of the file is attached to your message.

  4. If you want to add any comments, type a message.

  5. Click Send Message.
