Use a Personal Address Book

You can use your Contacts to address email messages several ways.
  1. First, click Compose to create a new email message.
  2. Then use any of the ways listed below.

Nicknames

  1. Type someone's nickname into the To, Cc, or Bcc fields.
  2. IMP will automatically fill in the email address.

Personal address book lookup

  1. Click Contacts in the Options section of the message.
  2. Select a person from the drop-down menu at the top of the Contacts window.
  3. Click Insert into To:, or Insert into Cc: or Insert into Bc: to add the address to the message you are composing.
