  • Students have interned at Voice of America, The Elkhart Truth, and the New York City Parks Foundation in recent years.
  • Students can participate in PRSSA (Public Relations Student Society of America).
  • Additionally, you will get the chance to travel abroad and apply your skills. A recent group of students worked on storytelling and sustainability projects in Kenya!

Our program prepares students to succeed in a wide range of careers in the public relations industry. Public relations majors often go on to work in corporate communications, marketing, advertising, media relations, social media marketing, communication strategies, event planning, and more.
