-    Senior Care Packages
    o    Please donate $2 ($ money to Sam or Laura ASAP)
    o    Boxes will be sent Friday?
        •    Alana will send addresses to Laura

-    ASL Club on Listserve?
    o    What is listserve? Tell info about the club and allows non-ASL club members and community members to receive e-mails, simplifies sending e-mail to groups
    o    Alana is checking to see if the ASL club can get one

-    Fundraising/financial
    o    Cedar Point: won’t be happening this year (lack of time, time of year etc)
        •    Mary will continue to work on this for next year
        •    Emily has volunteered to help find accommodations since she is from the area (her home/church etc)
    o    T-shirts are IN!
        •    See Sarah for yours (she lives at Hospital House, or give her a call at x7772)
    o    Paying for Junior Testing
        •    EIPA = $250 each and ISAS = $115 each
        •    Sticking with what we did last year, the club will pay half of the ISAS for the Juniors which comes to a total of $230 (4 juniors)
        •    We have enough money now to cover that
        •    Alana will withdraw it ASAP
        •    Alana is researching getting a business account for the ASL club (for ease of name transference when seniors graduate etc.)

    o    There were 11 applicants and 6 slots—we didn’t get one. We’ll try again next fall

-    Website
    o    Events are updated! Still work to do.
    o    Picture page?
        •    Mary will e-mail Alana the Silent Bowling pictures
    o    Alana and Mary will send Nick old ASL minutes to be posted by date on web-site
