10AM in Fraker

-    Shirts
    o    24 shirts were ordered yesterday (this includes 6 extra we purchased in order to get the lower “bulk price”)

-    Money Issues
    o    Reimbursing Sandy for gas
        •    The past policy on gas reimbursement states that if there are five or more people on the trip, the club will pay for gas to outside ASL events.
        •    Clarification: we are sticking with this rule, but adding a clarification to “outside ASL events”. This DOES include workshops.

    o    Club Funds:
        •    According to Goshen we have $3.64 in our account. YAY! We’re not in the red!

-    Website
    o    Nick and Alana are working on getting it updated.

-    Thank you gifts for Myron’s family are being sent tomorrow!

Remaining February Activities:
-    ASL lunches
    o    Thursday, Feb. 9th, noon-1pm
    o    Friday, Feb. 17th, noon-1pm
    o    Thursday, Feb. 23rd, noon-1pm

-    Game Night
    o    Tuesday, Feb, 21st, 9-11pm
    o    We’re going bowling!! It’s 75 cents night so that means 75 cents for shoes and 75 cents per game you bowl. Come ready to have fun! And remember… NO TALKING! ASL ONLY!!
