12:00pm at the Leaf Raker

-    From now on a quorum of officers will be required at the ASL meetings in order to make a decision affecting the group. This will be four of the seven officers.

-    The officers have changed a bit for this semester:
    o    President: Alana King
    o    Vice President: Nick Miller
    o    Secretary: Mary Roberts
    o    Treasurer: Sam Gordon
    o    Junior Representative: Sarah Lintz
    o    Sophomore Representative: Angela Taylor
    o    Freshman Representative: Mercy Oyana

-    DC Gifts:
    o    ~$128 was left from the DC trip funds. Some of this money will be used to buy appreciation gifts for Myron and his family.
        •    Tracey will get Myron’s gift
        •    Nick is researching restaurants
        •    Alana is taking care of the pictures/frames

-    ASL Lunches:
    o    January 6, noon-1pm in the Rot
    o    January 12, noon-1pm in the Rot
    o    January 20, noon-1pm in the Rot
    o    January 26, noon-1pm in the Rot

-    Monthly Game Nights:
    o    This semester we will have game nights once a month, Wednesday 7-9pm, in the game room. We will not be serving dinner, but popcorn. There will also be a $1 entrance fee to help raise funds for the other activities we hope to do the rest of the semester.
    o    January’s game night will be run by Nick and take place on the 18th of January.

-    Weekly Meetings:
    o    We will be having regular ASL club meetings once a week in the Leaf Raker. These will be every Wednesday at 10am. Come join us!

-    T-shirts
    o    Sarah and Mercy have been put in charge of t-shirts. Mary will re-send them all the information up to this point concerning the company and details etc. T-shirts WILL be done by March 18th (the Feed Your Eyes, Mind and Spirit event here at Goshen).

-    The club is looking into other fundraising opportunities. We’ll keep you updated.
