12-12:45 in the Leaf Raker

-    Game Nights
    o    Sept 24th 5-7 pm (Saturday) Children of a Lesser God
        •    Sarah will check on location and is in charge of getting the movie
        •    Tracey is picking up the pizza (Brooke, can you get her the money before then?)
        •    Angela will be in charge of the sign-up sheet (one for 400s and one for everyone else)
    o    Oct. 26th 5-7pm and Nov. 16th 5-7pm
        •    Unplanned as of yet, but hope to use the Leaf Raker Game room

-    ASL lunches
    o    Arrangements have been taken care of for us to use the Westlawn lounge, just tell them you’re with the ASL club.
    o    Dates:
        •    F Sept. 2nd
        •    R Sept. 8th
        •    F Sept. 16th
        •    R Sept. 22nd
        •    F Sept. 30th

-    Decided: the junior rep will be taking care of freshman representation until a freshman representative is elected. This year that person is Sarah. Tracey will be e-mailing her a list of their names.

-    Club application is ready to go. Need $ information from Brooke.

-    T-shirt design is still in the process.
    o    Colors: peachy-orange long sleeve and black short sleeve with white lettering on the back.
    o    What do we want on the shirts?
        •    Goshen College
        •    Logo
        •    Maple Leaf made out of hands (on black short sleeve shirt w/ ASL and GC)
        •    Nothing on the front? Something small?
        •    Talk to Libby about expenses, and discuss at next meeting

-    Gallaudet plans:
    o    Dates changed: Dec. 7-10 (tentative)
    o    Waiting for response from Gallaudet
    o    Gretchen will research hotels just incase
    o    Where will we store out things if they’re going to lock up the dorms while we’re gone. Nick volunteered his house: Ash House.

-    Brunk’s Cabin
    o    Nov. 4-5th, arrive at 6pm, takes about 30-45 minutes to get there. We will meet at the Union and leave at 5:30 (tentative).
    o    Transportation will be taken care of by individual people.
    o    Angela will take care of a sign up sheet and driving arrangements.
    o    Will discuss meals later.

-    Lighthouse
    o    Oct. 8th and Nov. 12th (times TBA)
    o    Tracy can drive on the 8th

-    We need to put up pictures of the club officers again in the AD35 room so people know who we are.
    o    Alana will bring a camera to the next meeting ☺ and will make up a questionnaire for a little fun.
