Business in Spain 2010

Business in Spain 2010

The business department’s bi-annual course, Business in Spain, gives students the opportunity to learn business from a different perspective. We are hosted by EADA (Escuela de Alta Dirección y Administración), a private business executive education institution. EADA’s professors do the teaching during each class session and will use an intensive case-based format. Topics change from year to year, but a sample of topics from previous trips include: international marketing, international supply chain management, the Spanish financial system, managing cultural differences, the role of Spain in the European Union, and negotiating in a Spanish context. There will also be field trips to Spanish companies. The course will include business courses at EADA as well as visits to art, culture, and historic sites around Barcelona.
