John Lambert is assistant professor of art and is teaching ceramics for the year. He received a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University and a master of fine arts degree from the University of Notre Dame. He is a permanent fellow and crew member for the Archaic Corinth Architecture Project.
Richard R. Aguirre, of Salem, Ore., is the Goshen College director of public relations after many years as a newspaper reporter, columnist, editor and senior manager, most recently at the Salem Statesman Journal. Besides helping direct news coverage, Aguirre supervised 35 employees and wrote a weekly column on state political issues. He has a bachelor’s degree in journalism, with an emphasis in public relations, from California State University, Fresno. Aguirre and his wife, Judy Weaver Aguirre ’81, have two children.
