General Registration and Membership Forums MUST be submitted by October 27 or a $50 late fee will be assessed. Confirmation and manual will be sent within three(3) weeks of recept of the completed membership form and appropriate fees from:

Note 1: If the check is not recieved by November 30 a super late fee of $100 is required.

Note 2: Teams advancing to the State Tournament will have an additional Registration Form and a Fee of $100 due after the Regional Tournaments are completed.

Note 3: Teams from new schools (did not compete in last 5 years) register at reduced cost one time only!
