May Term!
Before May Term, I went home to PA for the week. I got to see my family and hang out with some of my friends who had gotten home from college last week. That was a lot of fun, but very short! I was definitely glad to return to Goshen, though, because I wasn't ready to say goodbye to all of my friends here!
Yesterday was kind of gray and rainy, but CAC sponsored a scavenger hunt, with prizes for the first three groups to finish. We biked around campus, taking digital pictures in a certain order of members of our group doing various things. My group actually finished third, which was awesome, and we got $15 to the Brew! I included some pictures below of the experience... There were quite a few injuries, but I think it was worth it!
Today, Maple City Chapel (about 10 min bike ride from campus) hosted "Diversity Day," which included lots of good ethnic food and some dances and music performances. Some of my friends and I biked over for lunch and then stopped at Goodwill for some cheap shopping!
May Term is great because we only have one class, and therefore only one class to do homework for! I do have quite a bit of reading to do for Monday, though. So I'll get on that now, I guess. Enjoy May!
Adios!
