It is so exciting to say that spring is coming up soon! And it actually kind of feels like it, too. Last week, there were a couple of awesome days when I spent quite a lot of time outside walking, riding bike, watching the sunset. There are a couple pictures attached from one of my sunset excursions to the pond. :)

Easter is also this weekend, which is very exciting because that means we have off tomorrow! I love my classes, but it is nice once in a while to have an extra break day. Many of my friends are going home, but a few are staying for the weekend (including me).

So, since my last blog, what have I been up to? I joined an indoor soccer team, never having played soccer before, but some of my friends convinced me to play! We lost our first game terribly, 8-0, but it's good to be humbled every once in a while, right? Friday night there was a connector night life with food, music, and games, and it was fun just hanging out. Saturday there was a GC Songwriter's Collective event at the Brew downtown, so I went to that for a while also. Yesterday, there was a luncheon for GC women staff, and my supervisor at the library was organizing a kind of modeling show during it. She took a couple of the library workers down to the Whistle Stop, the local MCC thrift shop, to borrow outfits to model at the luncheon! It was fun, and I've included a picture of some of the models. :)
