We're coming up on halfway through the semester (where did the time go??) so that means fall break (yes!) but also LOTS of papers and tests....

Last week I had two tests I was pretty stressed about, in Biology and Religion in the Americas, but they went well, thankfully. Now I have three papers due in the next two weeks! I tended to be a procrastinator in high school, and I'm learning that in college, my previous study habits are not going to work! Scheduling and prioritizing is definitely important. Thankfully, I love making lists (crossing things out makes me happy), so now it's a matter of actually following through with my study plans....

But it's always so hard when there are so many fun things to do instead. One thing I love about Goshen is the amount of planned weekend activities. Campus Activities Council (CAC) does a great job of coming up with campus-wide activities, and there are often hall activities or events sponsored by different groups like Latino Student Union. I’ll try to keep you updated on things going on during the weekends, and I’ll hopefully get some pictures from friends uploaded soon!
