Merry (almost) Christmas!
Last Saturday, a few of my Goshen friends from Lancaster came to my area and four of us took the train to Philadelphia for the day! It was really nice to just walk around the city and not have anything to do, and be able to see some friends outside of school.
I also went to see my high school (Christopher Dock)'s Christmas concert on Monday, which was weird, because I've never sat in the audience. But it was nice to see some other friends that showed up, and hang out at Applebee's afterwards. I've been to a few basketball games as well, because my sister is starting varsity this year. I'm glad I can be there to support her, because I hardly see her otherwise!
On Wednesday, my mom took off work and she and I went skiing because my early birthday present was new skis and boots! I'm kind of disappointed that there aren't many good slopes around Goshen, but I might have to take a day trip sometime.
One of my good friends just got her wisdom teeth out, so a few of my friends are going to visit her today! I made jello jigglers just for the occasion :)
I hope all of you readers are enjoying the Christmas season! God bless.
