Hooray for Christmas break!
But it's nice to be home. In fact, I've compiled a little list of reasons I love Christmas break/ being home:
~it's slightly warmer than Indiana
~I don't have any homework
~a real bed, and my own room
~don't have to pay for laundry
~showering without sandals, and not having to wait
~not having to move my toiletries in and out of the shower
~I can eat any cereal I want, regardless of whether it's made in bulk
~ditto for all foods
~speaking of food, it's so much better! and I can drink our own fresh neighborhood milk :)
~less time wasted (facebook...) because I'm not trying to avoid homework
~my birthday will be here in less than two weeks
~ditto for Christmas!!!
So, there you have it. There's probably some more things I'm missing, but maybe I'll add to it later.
I hope all of you enjoy this Advent season in preparation for the birth of Jesus. God bless!
Well, my finals were done last Friday morning, and I left almost immediately afterwards to make the 11 hour trip home to PA! I came with two other girls, so the trip didn't seem as long. Finals week wasn't as bad as it could have been, I thought. There was still enough time to hang out with people and have a little fun while studying. Also, the first real snow came on Tuesday (I think...), so it was fun to be out playing in the snow for a bit!
