Goshen College’s Organizational Leadership Program (OLP) will help you enhance your professional skills while exploring hands-on application relevant to your work. You don’t need to have business experience to get this degree—our graduates work in a variety of fields, including service organizations and ministry. From subjects like accounting and communication to organizational cultures and ethics, this degree will prepare you for the challenges of leadership and management, no matter where you are in your career.
