About Goshen’s Organizational Leadership Degree
The Organizational Leadership program prepares people to lead and manage people more effectively. Each group consists of adults who progress through the courses together. Classes meet once a week for four hours on the same night of the week throughout the program. The 40 credit hours acquired from this program consist of all upper division credits. The program, along with other credits required for graduation, complete the needed 120 credits for a bachelor of science degree in organizational leadership from Goshen College.
