Reaching beyond undergraduate studies, Goshen College now offers the following master’s degree programs:
Master of Arts in Environmental Education
This MA in environmental education is an education in the richest sense of the word – it is an immersion in the field. We make the connections between diverse ideas and practices to understand the world and the role of environmental education (EE) in society. Our program is designed so that students live and experience their education in classes, practicum and a student-centered research project. In 11 months and across all seasons, this is a 33 credit experience of learning together inside and outside, with teachers and students, with each other and by yourself.
Master of Science in Nursing
Designed for active RNs with bachelor degrees in nursing, this program has a convenient once per-week class schedule. This masters program prepares students for the family nurse practitioner certification exam through AANP or ANCC. As a family nurse practitioner you can provide primary health care services such as physical exams, diagnosis and treatment of common acute illness, management of chronic health conditions, and ongoing patient education.

This unique degree is designed to help leaders get a diverse team to work well together to improve organizational effectiveness. The program integrates proficiencies in management, public administration, organizational development, leadership, diversity and intercultural communications. As such, it places graduates in a competitive position for leadership roles in today’s increasingly diversified organizations.
