Community Right-to-Know (SARA Title III)

EPA SARA Title III requires persons and organizations to make available to their communities and local emergency authorities lists of large quantities of hazardous materials that are used and/or stored on site. All hazardous materials present above Threshold Planning Quantitites (TPQ) must be reported. Any releases of chemicals above Reportable Quantity (RQ) levels must also be immediately reported.
